The park area was updated and modernized with the addition of a newspaper, a playground, and several shelters. Information about Tanglewood Golf Course in Northville, MI can be found here.

Today, the park is divided into two principal sections: the developed area and the natural area. The developed area consists of maintained ball fields, recreation areas, picnicking spots, and trails. Most of the park is located within the natural area, comprising woodlands, wetlands, meadows, ponds, and open fields.
