Consent to Receive Messages: You expressly consent to receive text messages from ReVisioned, LLC to the mobile telephone number you provided. Such messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message Frequency: The
number of messages you receive will vary depending on your service needs and project activity. ReVisioned, LLC does not guarantee any specific number of messages per week. Charges and Carrier Terms: Standard message and data rates may apply to each SMS or MMS message sent or received in connection with our communications, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans). ReVisioned, LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider as a result of these messages. Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. You may also contact us at (248) 692-4244 or [email protected] to request to opt out. Upon receipt of your
opt-out request, we will send a confirmation message and cease further communications via SMS, except where legally required. Help Instructions: For assistance, reply “HELP” to any SMS message, or contact customer service at (248) 692-4244 or [email protected]. Privacy and Data Use: Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our SMS program will be used solely in connection with your service. We do not sell or share your mobile number or personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Supported Carriers and Availability: SMS and MMS messages may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network operator, which is beyond the control of ReVisioned, LLC. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms and Conditions on our website or as otherwise provided. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or your receipt of text
messages from ReVisioned, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for the resolution of any disputes.
